立夏时节,自然界的变化是阳气渐长、阴气渐弱。相对人体脏腑来说,是肝气渐弱,心气渐强,而此时的饮食原则是增酸减苦,补肾助肝,调养胃气。饮食应以低脂、易消化的食物为主,多吃蔬菜、粗粮以及鱼、鸡肉、豆类、小米、山楂、杨梅、香瓜等。少食动物内脏、肥肉、含盐量偏高的食物。白天宜食葱姜少许,以养阳气。俗话说:“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,不劳医生开药方。吃葱姜有助于人体阳气生发,符合中医“春夏养阳”的观点。晚饭宜食粥并可少量饮酒。立夏后人体阳气渐趋于外,新陈代谢旺盛,汗出较多,气随津散,人体阳气和津液易损。夜晚食粥,既可生津止渴,又可养护脾胃。另外,晚饭还可少饮龟龄集酒、葡萄酒等,可畅通气血,助睡眠。
